This program is designed to:
Improve your Cardio & Endurance
Increase your Full Body Strength and Balance
Strengthen and Define Your Core (Abdominals, Lower Back, and Hips)
Includes:
Video Demonstration of exercises form and technique
8 weeks, twice a week EASY TO FOLLOW 30 minute VIDEOS
The Regular & Modified Exercises
Pick 2 days out the week for the next 8 weeks to dedicate to Yourself & Health.
A Light to Moderate Pair of Dumbbells is Recommended, but most exercises are bodyweight exercises or can be done with Household Items. Remember to play the music of your choice, have your water ready and take your time!
